A panel will discuss what investors are looking for when funding a new start-up and a networking reception will wrap-up the day’s events.

Scheduled speakers include Alan Weinkrantz, founder and president of Weinkranz and Co., an international public relations and marketing firm; Stephanie Chandler, a partner with Jackson Walker LLP focused on IP, technology, and business growth; Cory Hallam, director of the UTSA Center for Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship (CITE); Jim Poage, president and chief executive officer of the San Antonio Technology Accelerator Initiative (SATAI); Jill Dickman from the SBDC Technology Center's SBIR and STTR group; and Raymond Teske, from the UTSA College of Business.
