Dr. Hallam holds a doctorate in technology management and policy, a master's in technology and policy and a master's in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has worked in the telecommunications and aerospace industries as an engineer, program manager, and in lean enterprise transformation. His current research focuses on accelerating the process of creating technology entrepreneurs in a university setting. CITE creates a pipeline for UTSA faculty, students and the surrounding business community to develop new technology ventures. CITE works to unlock the entrepreneurial spirit through education and experiential activities. The center hosts entrepreneurship boot camps for the community, new technology start-up competitions and has established the new Roadrunner Business Incubator. The event begins with a networking breakfast at 7:30 a.m. followed by the program at 8 a.m. The Knowledge Forum breakfast will conclude promptly at 9 a.m. The event will be held in the University Room (2.06.04) of the Business Building at the UTSA 1604 Campus.
