Business BuildingThe College of Business at The University of Texas at San Antonio is the largest undergraduate business school in the University of Texas System and one of the 40 largest schools of business in the United States.

With over 6,000 students, the college is second in the nation, according to a ranking by Hispanic Outlook magazine, in the number of undergraduate business degrees awarded to Hispanics. The MBA program was ranked one of the top 10 programs nationally for minority students by the Princeton Review and one of the 15 largest minority MBA programs by U.S. News and World Report.

The college offers a comprehensive portfolio of programs at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral level, and unique centers of excellence in global entrepreneurship, financial services, information assurance and security, management of technology and tourism management.

The UTSA College of Business excels in its international programs with Asia and Latin America. Over 100 Chinese MBA students have participated in exchange programs in the last five years through a $2 million gift from Hong Kong entrepreneur Richard Liu. Building on these strengths, a trilateral exchange program is being established with UTSA and universities in Latin America and China.

The UTSA College of Business is dedicated to creating, applying and sharing knowledge that translates theory to practice; combines rigor with relevance; and provides innovative solutions to global business challenges.

The College of Business is accredited by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. This accreditation addresses curriculum issues, credentials of professors, student to teacher ratio issues and educational resources.
